\r\n At Fast Moving Retail 2026 in Zagreb, I spoke about the future of retail and the changing role of the physical store. My talk, \u201cThe Future of Retail Is Neither Digital nor Physical \u2014 It Is Intelligent, Connected and Experiential,\u201d explored why the old debate between online and offline is no longer enough.
