Princip je jednostavan: što imaš više kvalitetnih konekcija na Linkedin-u to lakše možeš doći do kupaca, poslodavaca, poslovnih partnera i slično. Ključ su znači konekcije. Ovo je moje objašnjenje kada te ljudi prihvataju kao konekciju.

Ne mogu više da vidim sve one izjave poslodavaca kako imaju bezgranično poverenje u svoje radnike, kako im je svejedno gde radiš i šta radiš pošto oni imaju ogromno poverenje u tebe, kako u timu svako ima veliko poverenje u svakog i 100% se može osloniti na kolegu. Ne znam kako je kod vas, ali...

U jednom momentu kompanija dostigne određenu veličinu i potrebno joj je HR odeljenje.  Ova rečenica zvuči super, ali je u principu marketinško sakrivanje istine. Nismo mi dostigli “određenu veličinu”  već su naši problemi postali dovoljno veliki da je jedino pravo rešenje stručan HR. Evo o kojim se problemima radi i šta očekujemo od novog HR...
